Not to be outdone by Canon, Sony is opening own Education Center in Hollywood. Well, Culver City. The Sony Digital Motion Picture Center (DPMC) is set to open May 1st on Stage 7 at the Sony lot.
The DMPC will offer training for cinematographers and post production types on the use of Sony's Super 35-sized digital sensors including the F65, F3 and FS100. Developing the curriculum is Curtis Clark, ASC who works with the ASC's technical committee.
