Metabones makes a Canon EF to NEX E mount adapter that allows a NEX camera both control the f-stop on EF lenses and let's the camera battery power the Image Stabilization motors in the lenses.

Metabones has tested the adapter on most NEX cameras, including the FS100. There are some issues (did you watch the nextwavedv.com review?) but there are work-arounds. Now, if it just works on the FS700...
